Welcome to Mood Shop Design Loft LLC! By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. Mood Shop Design Loft LLC, owned by Nicole Laraja and located in Montclair, New Jersey, USA, specializes in Graphic Design and Brand Design services.
Definitions: a. "We", "us", and "our" refer to the service provider, Nicole Laraja and Mood Shop Design Loft LLC. b. "Website" refers to our website located at www.moodshopdesignloft.com. c. "Services" refers to the services we provide through our website. d. "User", "you", and "your" refer to any person who uses our website and/or our services.
Use of our Website: a. You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. b. You may not use our website in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. c. You may not use our website to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation.
Services Offered: Mood Shop Design Loft LLC agrees to provide a variety of graphic design and brand design services, including but not limited to: Brand Identity Packages and Custom Graphic Design Packages.
Project Timeline: The project timeline will begin once the Project Proposal and Client Services Agreement have been signed by both parties, the deposit has been received, and all necessary branding assets have been collected from the Client. The proposed timeline for project completion will be referenced in the Project Proposal and Client Services Agreement. Mood Shop Design Loft LLC reserves the right to extend the project timeline due to circumstances beyond our control, such as illness or unforeseen events. In the event of such delays, we will promptly notify the Client.
Should the Client delay in providing necessary feedback, approvals, or assets beyond three business days, the project timeline will be adjusted accordingly, and Mood Shop Design LLC Loft shall not be held responsible for any resulting delays in delivery.
Payment Terms: Clients agree to a payment schedule consisting of a 50% deposit due upon signing the Client Services Agreement, with the remaining 50% of payment due upon project completion and prior to receiving final deliverables. Mood Shop Design Loft LLC accepts various payment methods, including all major credit cards and debit cards as well as applepay and google pay.
A late fee may be applied to balances more than 15 days overdue, at the maximum interest rate allowed by law. Clients also agree to reimburse Mood Shop Design Loft LLC for any collection or legal fees incurred due to late payments or defaults. Mood Shop Design Loft LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement should payment not be received.
Revisions and Final Delivery: Revisions beyond those outlined in the Project Proposal will be billed at an hourly rate of $50. Final files will be delivered only upon receipt of the final payment.
Cancellation Policy: If a Client cancels the project after the agreement has been signed, the deposit will be non-refundable. Should Mood Shop Design Loft LLC have already begun work, the Client will owe a percentage of the remaining balance based on the work completed.
Branding Assets Usage: The Client grants Mood Shop Design Loft LLC permission to display the Client’s branding assets, including but not limited to logos and promotional materials, for the purpose of marketing and promoting Mood Shop Design Loft LLC’s services. This includes showcasing the Client’s projects in the portfolio, website, social media, and other marketing materials. This agreement shall remain in effect in perpetuity.
Limitation of Liability: Mood Shop Design Loft LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients assume all responsibility for their usage of the design work provided.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
